Good to hear that you and Larry are collaborating. I was (and still am) a big fan of Larry Carlton along time before I became a Christian, being a musician/guitarist myself I am thankful that his Jazz/blues influence in being used for the Lords music now. And although your music and name is relatively new to me, the Maranatha! Praise Recordings were some of the first praise music I heard when I first came into the kingdom. Look forward to hearing more from you and Larry and will keep you both in my prayers.

I used to be a DJ in the early 80's on a secular radio station in Canada, before the government changed the regulations and Gospel became "un-desirable" for commercial purposes to many station owners. Since then my collection of LP's have sat in my home and not listened to for years. However, I'm now converting them to MP3 for my benefit and for my grandchildren (my how time flies). Once again I was brought to tears when I heared Michele sing "There Is A Fountain" from the 1979 Compilation called "Hosanna". Her rendition only proves that the Salvation message never changes. It's only re-enforced through the media of music; especially when sung from the heart. I'm now 60 years old and entering a time of reflection that my generation must face sometimes. Thank you Michele for being a part of my past, even in the smallest way through the dedication exhibited through your music. Our old radio slogan of "Music With A Message" is still true. God Bless you and yours.

I listened to your music and went to your concerts in the early 80's. At that time I lived in Huntington Beach and you were married to a fireman, I believe. That was a lifetime ago. I loved your music; it blessed me through a terribly difficult time in my life which included a divorce. Just by coincidence, Larry Carlton is one my current husband's and my very favorite smooth jazz artists. We have much of his music. I never remember hearing about the shooting. Thank the Lord he was healed and makes awesome music! Please, Michelle, bring your beautiful voice back into earshot of your early fans! I am blessed to know that you are O.K.!
